Jürgen Teller is one of the most sought-after photographers in the world. His photos of Nirvana and Kurt Cobain are recognised around the globe. He let’s Kim Kardashian, dressed in flesh-colored underwear, to climb on a sand pile; model Saskia de Brauw crawls in the grass on all fours. Teller’s oeuvre temporary display is exhibited at Martin-Gropius-Bau – includes his older works, new passion for unfavourable light conditions, unusual poses and bizarre everyday scenes. Hanne Darboven has written a lot during his lifetime - to artists, gallery owners, critics, curators and friends. The "Correspondences" of the most important representative of German conceptual art shows his work with reference to the network that surrounded him. Drawings, sketches and serial image sequences are combined with letters, photographs, and postcards from the Darbovens estate. Those portray the way work was dealt with in between 1967 and 1975.
